ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONS

Richard Renninger Named Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer Jody Bilney Named Executive Vice President & Chief Brand Officer

Tampa, Florida - OSI Restaurant Partners announced today the appointment of Richard Renninger as Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer and Jody Bilney as Executive Vice President & Chief Brand Officer.
Renninger has over 15 years experience in the real estate and restaurant industry, and first joined OSI in 2005 as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development. His new responsibilities will include all facets of new restaurant development, revitalization and strategic planning, as well as the generation of new and alternative means to maximize returns on capital investments. Prior to joining the company he served as Vice President of Real Estate for RARE Hospitality where he had responsibility for real estate development of RARE's multiple brand portfolio. Renninger is a graduate of Harvard University with a concentration in Economics.
A seasoned senior executive with over 20 years of marketing and general management experience, Bilney joined OSI in 2006 as Chief Marketing Officer of Outback Steakhouse. In her new role, she will help propel OSI's portfolio of brand's growth agenda through effective marketing. As she assumes these responsibilities, she will maintain her position with the Outback brand. Prior to joining OSI, Bilney held senior marketing leadership positions at Charles Schwab, Inc, (NASDAQ: SCHW), Openwave Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:OPWV), and Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ). Bilney holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Clemson University.
