OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC Announces Planned Reporting Calendar

TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC announced today its planned financial reporting calendar for the remaining 2007 reporting periods.

The Company noted that reported results will be communicated through issuance of earnings releases on a quarterly basis, which will include comparable store sales information to facilitate analysis of results and make for a more efficient process in understanding results for all stakeholders. Each quarterly release will be followed within a short time period by a conference call for interested parties. Notifications of the earnings call date and time will be made by press release or other public disclosure, generally within the two weeks prior to the earnings calls.

The Company's financial statements and related information regarding the Company and its results of operations will be provided to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee under the Indenture dated June 14, 2007, with respect to the Company's 10% Senior Notes due 2015 and Deutsche Bank AG, as
Administrative Agent, with respect to the Company's Credit Agreement dated as of June 14, 2007. The financial reporting calendar for the remaining 2007 periods is currently planned as follows:
