The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to Outback’s Chief Marketing Officer including: • Managing a hectic calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence via phone, email and in person; • Collecting and preparing information and presentations for use in discussions/meetings with executive staff and outside individuals; • Supporting budget administration, new hire orientation, and general office management; • May also be called up to research a variety of business subjects and to create and/or improve department processes and procedures; • Regularly interacting with senior executives and handling details of highly confidential and critical nature. Required / Requested Skills Ideal candidates must have/be: • A minimum of 8 years experience supporting senior executives in mid-to-large publicly held companies with demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise a degree of discretion and judgment, and be comfortable dealing with a wide range of internal and external people and information of a confidential nature; • Successful working in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining professional, flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient; • Proven experience in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and following through on issues in a timely manner; • Demonstrated advanced to expert level proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point; • A High School diploma, or equivalent, although a Bachelors degree in a related field is highly desired.
